In today’s competitive environment, the difference between a company merely surviving and a company becoming dominant in its market is its supervisor’s
ability to lead and manage.

Organizations must work everyday to align the skills of its leaders and mangers with the drivers of individual engagement and performance. When a supervisor learns how to lead and when to manage a catalyst is created where employees become eager to stay engaged leading to the development of high performance organizations.

LeadershipRVA, goes far beyond general business assessment and training. We delve into the most intricate details at every level of a company. Organizations that engage Integritas' expertise undergo a rigorous evaluation. Every aspect of the operation is analyzed with painstaking precision. Together, we uncover what is preventing your employees from working at top levels of effectiveness.

We use cutting edge surveys to examine your organization from the bottom up and determine what may be causing gaps in performance and commitment which weaken your overall performance. We find out if your supervisors are unknowingly lowering your overall effectiveness and efficiency. We work directly with you to develop unique training programs and seminars for individuals, groups, and organizational units to teach the skills that make your supervisors stand out and become an employer of choice and not of last resort.

We understand that successful analysis of an organization must include not only current management, but future leadership development as well. As a result, our surveys and training are geared to finding potential weakness in and developing programs to increase overall effectiveness of your management team for the future.
